This pilot uses only open public data. Each source below is shown with the attribution statement its publisher asks for, word for word. Results are for reference only.

Sold prices – HM Land Registry Price Paid Data

Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right 2021. This data is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Price Paid Data contains address data processed against Ordnance Survey's AddressBase Premium product, which incorporates Royal Mail's PAF® database. Royal Mail and Ordnance Survey permit the use of this address data to display it for the purpose of providing residential property price information services, which is the only use made of it here. Addresses are not offered for download or re-use.

Planning designations – planning.data.gov.uk (MHCLG)

Planning data from planning.data.gov.uk (Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government), licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Datasets used: conservation area, listed building outline, article 4 direction area, tree preservation zone, green belt, flood risk zone. Coverage varies by area: an absence of results does not mean no constraints exist.
